Cannot say enough good things about Liberty RV! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Kyle took care of us. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what might fit the bill. He didn’t try to upsell us and was very honest and open when answering our questions. Before committing to anything, my husband and I did try to do some comparison shopping and traveled straight south on 291 to a place I won’t name but it didn’t feel the same as Liberty RV. At Liberty, we felt like we were walking into a place of friends and could feel confident that we have the support we need to embark on this fun new adventure in our life. The other place was just the opposite but I won’t go into that. Needless to say, we went back to Liberty RV and ultimately bought our first travel trailer. In addition to Kyle, that’s when we signed paperwork with Shawn, who made us feel appreciated from the get-go even while putting out fires in Omaha. Chris was also great! He answered a bunch of our technical questions and quickly installed some of our new purchases while we finished up. In short, just go here! Ask for Kyle. You won’t regret it!

Travis Evans did a terrific job helping us through the entire process of purchasing our first camper from start to finish!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and the performance of the different models and was very patient with all the questions we had! Travis was up front about any damage that was on the camper and adamant about fixing it the right way to get us the best deal possible!! Definitely recommend Liberty RV and especially Travis Evans.

We walked in looking to upgrade from our pop-up camper and were met with incredible service. Clint, our sales representative, was a true professional. He was awesome, going above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with our deal and the new camper. What really stood out was the team effort – every single staff member we encountered was happy to help, making the process smooth and enjoyable. Even the service department was impressive; they took care of everything we asked for to be fixed without any questions.
