Greg and his team at Impact HR have been instrumental in the expansion of my business. As a solopreneur, I was wearing all the hats and trying to keep everything "in house". After hiring a few contractors, I quickly realized that I needed help with my on boarding process and creating/updating my contracts. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the resulting documents, which were customized to the exact needs of my business. I will continue to outsource all HR-related projects to Impact, and highly recommend that you do the same! Robyn Lofstrand, owner & RMT Zenith Wellness Co

Greg did work for our company regarding employment agreements. I was delighted by the advice he offered after a thorough review of our business and employment arrangements. He is professional and timely, easy to understand, and offers great education to small business owners. I would highly recommend Greg for H/R needs for your business.

I hired an employee for the new year, and contacted impactHR to assist me in creating an employment contract. The individuals at impactHR gave me a lot to consider, asking questions that are important to the employment policies of my company. They quickly created an employment contract on my behalf, with weeks to spare before my employee was to begin work. Overall impactHR was very professional, detailed and efficient, and I would highly recommend them to any small business that is quickly expanding and does not have an in-house HR department.

Greg and his HR consultants, Sarah and Emily, have essentially become CarePro's outsourced HR department. From assisting with our transition from to a contractor to an employee workforce, implementation of our benefits program, HR information system, payroll system, employee manuals, recruiting, organizational design, and much, much more. I am confident to say that ImpactHR was instrumental in supporting CarePros' growth in the last 9 months. For any small to medium-sized businesses, I would strongly recommend ImpactHR to review your current (and future) HR needs to ensure you are fully prepared for today's dynamic business climate.
