From start to finish my experience with Garage Force was absolutely perfect! 👌 An ad caught my eye and I reached out right away—Justin, the owner, responded immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions quickly. He followed up, scheduled the appointment, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Vashon (crew leader) came out to take measurements and walked me through the whole process. He explained the product, showed me the chip chart, and helped me find the perfect match. They even made it possible to add a touch of teal—something personal and unique that I loved! When install day came, the crew (Vashon, Chris, and Caleb) arrived promptly and got right to work. Their work ethic was outstanding—professional, hardworking, and positive personalities all around. I stopped in a few times and it was amazing to watch the transformation happening right before my eyes. They had top-notch equipment, a wrapped work truck, and once the job was finished, I received a notification right away. The clean-up was so thorough you’d hardly know they had been there, except for the stunning new floor! 🙌 And to top it off, Justin personally followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. As a small business owner myself, I can say without hesitation—Garage Force nailed every aspect of small business: communication, professionalism, quality, and follow-through.
