I accompanied my girlfriend to MB of Cherry Hill, where we met Demetrius, a phenomenal salesman and genuinely kind human being. We visited several MB dealerships within the area, called a bunch of others not so local, and out of every last one of them, no one could make it happen for her, or their customer service just wasn’t up to par. This entire experience was supposed to be for her, but I ended up having a really good experience interacting with Demetrius; he had the car ready to go, his finance manager Patrick was also amazing and made sure all of the paperwork went effortlessly. Everyone told her she wouldn’t get approved for this high-priced of a car, seeing that it was her first one, but the team at MB of Cherry Hill made her dream come true.

Had a great experience with Diego at Chery Hill Mercedes! After 5 leases with another dealership, this was my first time making a change, and Diego made the entire process seamless. We handled everything over the phone, and all I had to do was stop by and sign for my new GLC 300. Professional, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend Diego! And the sales Manager, Mr Rivera. Fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill! The entire process was incredibly efficient and seamless. From start to finish, we were in and out in just 90 minutes, which is almost unheard of when buying a car.
